Online Ordering
Here's everything you need to know about online ordering and picking up your order of fresh, naturally grown vegetables from Reuben's Roots.
How online ordering works
We use Open Food Network for online orders. Online ordering is not available quite yet as we have just kicked off planting season. Follow us on Facebook or Instagram for updates on seeding, harvest, market deliveries, and online ordering.
Order Cycles
Order cycles run weekly during harvest season, are labelled as their pickup date, and have 3 components.
Ordering Window: ordering is open Monday through Friday.
Payment Due Date: Payment is due by the end of the Order Window, Friday.
Pickup Day: Then on Monday is pickup day, and the cycle begins again.
Ordering
Order whatever you desire! Just remember quantities are limited and you will only see what's available for the current order cycle.
Checkout
Go through the checkout as a guest or sign up for an account—totally up to you! Creating an account will save you from entering your information every time you order.
Payment
We currently are only accepting e-transfer payments for online ordering. Payment must be received by the end of the order cycle, Friday, or your order will not be processed for pickup.
Pickup
You will receive an email: "Your order from Reuben's Roots has been picked up" (example below)
This means your order is ready to be picked up.
You can pick up your order the following Monday at 1131-108 Street North Battleford. Pickup times are to be determined. Be sure to have your order number handy when you pickup your order. You can also find the pickup location in the map below.
